Women & Leadership Australia has been developing female leaders and supporting the increased presence of women in business and community leadership roles for fifteen years. Based on a simple truth, that women represent an enormously under-utilised national resource, we believe that supporting a greater percentage of women to step up into leadership positions enables tremendous cultural and economic benefits. The WLA initiative comprises a range of professional development courses, advisory services, networking channels, and on-going research and is the largest female focused leadership initiative operating across Australia today.
NESLI offers responsive and high quality professional learning courses that focus on school leadership. NESLI provides school leaders with the skills, knowledge, frameworks, and confidence to thrive in the complex leadership challenges they face in today’s school environment. NESLI’s professional learning courses enable educational leaders, schools, and departments to benefit from rigorous and evidence-based research, and to be informed by an exclusive network of global leaders, facilitators, practitioners, and scholars. NESLI supports leadership excellence across the K-12 education system through working with individual leaders, school leadership teams, school clusters and departments. NESLI undertakes work in school sectors across Australasia, Asia, Europe and the USA.
Women & Leadership New Zealand is a sister organisation to Women & Leadership Australia, created to offer tailored leadership development opportunities to women in New Zealand. Closely aligned with WLA the WLNZ initiative comprises a range of professional development courses, advisory services, networking channels, and on-going research.
