Carl is a Chartered Accountant, an associate member of the AICD, and chairs the Audit & Risk Committee of a not-for-profit multi-site aged care provider.

Kevin joined Navitas in 2013 following 10 years of financial and strategic experience in the Banking sector. During this time he held a number of commercial and management roles with responsibilities including Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Governance and Project Management.
